Candidates must hold a Graduation Degree in any discipline from a university recognized by the Government of India. Allowances: DA, HRA, CCA and other applicable allowances/perquisites will be provided as per the Bank’s rules in force from time to time.
Probation Period:– Candidates selected for appointment will be placed on probation for 2 years (active service) from the date of joining the Bank. Confirmation in the Bank’s service will be subject to the applicable Officers’ Service Regulations (OSR).
Bond Amount:- Selected candidates will be required to execute a Financial Service Indemnity Bond of ₹2,00,000/- and agree to serve the Bank for a minimum period of 3 years.
Leave & Travel Allowance:– Leave and travel allowances will be provided according to the Service Rules of the Bank applicable at the time of appointment.
